For the payment method "Prepayment" we ask you to transfer the amount 72 hours after receipt of order to the following account:

Our delivery options

Germany and Austria

Goods are delivered within Germany for  5,99 € shipped. Orders above 79,99 € we send it free shipping

International shipping

For international shipping (outside Germany and Austria), goods are shipped for 5.99 €.

Orders over 89.95 € qualify for free shipping.

This applies to all countries except Germany and Austria.

Detailed delivery conditions

1st delivery

2.1 Depending on the size of your order, the shipment will be made by DHL.

2.2 We ship worldwide. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below

2.1 For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate per order of 5.99 EUR shipping costs

2.2 Please note that you will be charged a surcharge of 3.5% of the value of the goods when paying by direct debit, and a surcharge of 3% of the value of the goods when paying by credit card, GiroPay or immediate bank transfer, which will be shown on the order page. If you pay with Moneybookers eWallet, a surcharge of 2% of the value of the goods shall be charged, which is shown on the order page.

2.3 Please note that a service charge of €2.55 shall be levied for payment with Paypal.

2.4 Please note that in the case of cross-border deliveries further taxes (for example in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, for example in the form of customs duties, may accrue which shall be borne by you.

3.1 If payment is made by credit card or debit note, your credit card account or your account will be debited upon completion of the order.
